Ron Irondi, President and CEO of OBAN Corporation, is a senior executive with a broad executive management experience that spans international business, federal government civilian and defense, financial services, technology, and energy sectors. He served as advisor and consultant to executive level leaders in both private and public sector organizations.
At OBAN, Mr. Irondi is responsible for overall business strategies and growth. Mr. Irondi is primarily focused on developing strong client relationships, presenting high-level client advisory and consultations, business strategies, business development and building OBAN’s brand equity with its public and private sector clients.
Prior to OBAN, Mr. Irondi held senior-level positions at organizations such as the Department of Veterans Affairs, Northrop Grumman, Advanced Broadband Solution Inc. and Digital Global Strategies.
Mr. Irondi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Masters degree in Management Information Systems both from the University of Maryland.
Mr. Irondi is also committed to serving the community. In 2003, he Co-founded the Center for Youth in Transition, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization focused on facilitating the positive development of underserved, disadvantaged youth through education, empowerment, and mentorship.
Mr. Irondi is currently working with Virginia Department of Corrections to develop socio-economic programs for returning citizens. He serves as the Board Chair for Prevail Now, a nonprofit organization focused on the effective transition of returning citizens into the community.
Ms. Azubike, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Office of OBAN Corporation, is a recognized leader and visionary who is known for being a serial entrepreneur and consultant with over 20 years of experience in business startup, growth, and acquisition, as well as operations consulting for major U.S. corporations and governments.
Prior to OBAN Corporation, Ms. Azubike served as Senior Vice President at ICF International following the acquisition of her last company, Advanced Performance Consulting Group (APCG) by ICF- Additionally, she was a Managing Consultant at EDS (currently Hewlett Packard Enterprise). She is well known within the Washington DC Metro business community as the founder of two companies that were acquired after 10 years of successful business growth.
Her areas of expertise include business strategy, business transformation, organizational change management, performance management, and entrepreneurship. She combines executive level experience and business acumen to provide senior executive clients with strategic insights on business growth, organizational effectiveness and efficiency, and business process innovation that lead to optimum performance. Her clients include executives in mid-large commercial firms and multi-billion-dollar federal agencies.
Ms. Azubike has a broad multi-cultural business experience, having lived and worked in Europe, Asia, and Africa. She has an MBA from The American University, Kogod College of Business. Her esteemed honors include Maryland’s Top 100 Women in 2006 and 2017 and a recent four-year term appointment to Governor Larry Hogan, Jr.’s Commission on African Affairs.
Ms. Azubike is very engaged in the community and serves on the board of various business, civic, and non-profit organizations. She is a sought-after speaker, moderator, facilitator, and a frequent radio and TV guest. She is a member of Leadership Greater Washington, African Immigrant Caucus, and a Commissioner with the State of Maryland Governor’s Commission on African Affairs – just to name a few.
